- Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment
- The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour, as mentioned in your booking confirmation
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

- Add‑On Services (Non‑Refundable)
- Any add‑on services such as special activities, experiences, permits, upgrades, or tickets are strictly non‑refundable
- Add‑on amounts will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the main tour is canceled
- Itinerary Changes
- Tour itineraries are carefully planned; however, changes may occur due to weather conditions, road conditions, government regulations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances
- The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary without prior notice for the safety and comfort of travelers
- No refunds will be provided for unused services due to itinerary changes
- Responsibility & Liability
- The company acts only as a tour operator and coordinator
- We are not responsible for:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Loss of personal belongings
- Accidents, illness, or injuries
- Natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or events beyond our control
- Travelers are advised to have valid travel insurance
- Travel Documents
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, permits, and travel documents
- The company will not be responsible for denial of entry or travel delays due to incomplete documentation
- Conduct During the Tour
- Guests are expected to respect local culture, traditions, and laws
- The company reserves the right to terminate the tour of any guest whose behavior is inappropriate or disruptive, without any refund
- Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts
