Cancellation by the Guest (Normal Season)
- More than 15 days before arrival:

- 7–14 days before arrival:
➜ 50% of the total tour cost will be charged
- Less than 7 days before arrival / No‑show:
➜ 100% cancellation charges apply
Peak Season Cancellation Policy (Important)
The standard cancellation policy does not apply during peak travel periods.
Peak Season includes:
- Diwali
- Christmas
- New Year
- Long weekends
- Indian public holidays
- High‑demand travel dates
For peak season bookings:
- More than 30 days before arrival:

- 3–29 days before arrival:
➜ 100% cancellation charges apply
- No‑show:
➜ 100% non‑refundable
Add‑On Services Policy (Non‑Refundable)
- Any add‑on services (special activities, experiences, upgrades, permits,Non Refundable Entrance Tickets etc.) are strictly non‑refundable
- The add‑on amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the main tour is canceled
Cancellation by the Company
In rare situations such as natural disasters, government restrictions, political unrest, or other unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to cancel the tour.

Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and currency conversion charges are non‑refundable
